History’s Mysteries

How have codes been used throughout history to protect secrets and signal for help? Did the Bermuda Triangle really swallow whole ships? Could aliens have built Stonehenge? Find out this week at Camp Kinda, where we’ll be focusing on History’s Mysteries.

By the end of the week, you’ll have built a sundial from scratch. You’ll be communicating in secret codes, and counting using long-lost number systems. You’ll have traveled the globe and gone back and forth in time… all from your home.

While the world’s historians remain divided on some of the greatest mysteries of all time, now you’ll decide for yourself what’s fact or fiction.

weekly family activity

Tie this week’s theme to a family movie night and check out Night at the Museum together, a fantasy-comedy film about what "really happens" inside the Museum of Natural History when visitors aren't watching. (Check out the Commonsense Media review to make sure it’s a good fit for your family.)
