For Grown-Ups

What You’ll Need

Your CKJR Toolkit. What’s in the Toolkit?
  • Blocks (plastic, wooden, cardboard, magnetic—anything to build with!)
  • Play Doh (store bought or homemade)
  • A bin for water, plus cups, scoops, and spoons
  • Figurines (small animals, dinosaurs, or people)
  • A big roll or pad of paper
  • Washable paints, crayons, markers, and any other easy-to-clean art supplies


  • Spoons, straws, sand shovels, or any other type of digging and dough-shaping tools
  • Dish soap
  • Scrap paper or newsprint
  • A large cardboard box
  • Empty 2-liter soda bottle or other large plastic bottle with a secure lid
  • Vegetable or canola oil
  • Blue food coloring (optional)
  • Additional art supplies (optional): Googly eyes, pipe cleaners, and whatever else you have lying around
